IV.位于浦东新区西部的陆家嘴金融贸易区与上海外滩仅 一江之隔，陆家嘴金融贸易区占地约6平方公里，交通十分使得，有南浦，杨浦大桥、延安路越江隧道连接浦西，另有内环线、杨高路、浦东大道等纵横主干道。根据规划，这里将建设金融中心、贸易中心和市政中心。
